Emi Martinez may have only made five Premier League appearances for us so far, but that's not to say he's short of competitive experience.
The Argentine shot stopper has enjoyed loan spells with Oxford United, Sheffield Wednesday, Rotherham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers - and he credits them with helping him to raise his game.
"It helps a lot," Emi told Arsenal.com. "I have been in the Championship, played probably 40 games in the Championship, and it helped me to develop.
"You play with strong defenders, strong strikers, it's not the same as playing at under-23 or under-21 level.
"You train hard because you want to play every single game.
"It helps you to be calm in big games, for example against West Ham."
