We’re now recruiting motivated and committed Junior Gunners to be part of our elite ball squad, starting in August 2025!
The ball squad is an integral part of every Arsenal home matchday, who assist the First Teams by keeping the game flowing from their pitch-side seats. Our 20-person team are exclusively Young Guns Members, so if you're a JG who will be aged 12-16 in Season 2025/26, we want to see you at trials.
Trials will take place on Tuesday 27 May, 2025 at The Arsenal Hub. You’ll be tested on your throwing and catching ability, teamwork, leadership and discipline (Assessment Criteria).
For your chance to join us, please complete the form below on behalf of your JG, telling us why they would be the best ball squad member and why they should be selected.
We'll then randomly select 100 lucky Junior Gunner members to attend the Ball Squad Trials.
Please note: You must be available to attend every fixture held at Emirates Stadium in Season 2025/26. This includes all men's, women’s, under-23's and Youth Cup matches held at the Emirates Stadium. After all night games, a parent/guardian will be required to pick you up at Emirates Stadium.
The deadline to send your application is Monday 5 May 2025 at 11:59PM (UK time) and entry is open to paid Junior Gunners Members who will be aged 12-16 years in Season 2025/26 only. Please use your Junior Gunners Membership details and ensure you have parental permission to apply. If selected, successful invites will be sent to the email address registered to your Junior Gunners account and final date and trial times will be included in your confirmation email.
Parents or guardians of successful applicants will be asked to sign and complete an imagery consent form so that imagery and video of the trialists can be captured on the day. Please consider this carefully before applying. Successful applicants must be dropped off and collected by a Parent/Guardian on the day of the trials.
