Disability Access (DA) Membership
Men’s First Team
As a supporter with disability access requirements, you will renew or join as a Red Member, a Cannon, or a Junior Gunner, depending on your age and eligibility. This membership comes with additional Disability Access (DA), subject to eligibility.
How to become a DA member
Step 1: Purchase your age relevant disability access membership online using the link below and please scroll to the bottom of membership the page.

Step 2: Register your disability access requirements.
If you already have an Access Card, you are all good to go. Move onto Step 3.
If you don’t have an Access Card, our partners at Nimbus can undertake a FREE application for you to obtain an Arsenal FC Digital Access Pass (DAP).
Once you have applied and it has been approved, the ID number issued will be valid for 3 years and can be linked to your AFC membership.
There is also the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 should you wish to apply for broader recognition.

Step 3: Activate your AFC membership by linking your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID to your Membership Number by completing this form.
Please allow our team 10 business days to process this.
Step 4: Once processed, your membership is now active and can be used to enter DA ballots. To enter a ballot, please visit the relevant match on our Home Ticket Information page.
Please note, in accordance with our Ground Regulations, all supporters under the age of 14 are required to attend with a parent/ guardian over the age of 18. We will review each application on a case-by-case basis.
Women’s First Team
If you would like to purchase disability access tickets for our women's team, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Register your disability access requirements.
If you already have an Access Card, you are all good to go. Move onto Step 3.
If you don’t have an Access Card, our partners at Nimbus can undertake a FREE application for you to obtain an Arsenal FC Digital Access Pass (DAP).

if you are purchasing tickets within 48 hours of the match, please get in touch using the contact details in step 3.
Step 2: Activate your AFC membership by linking your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID to your Membership Number by completing this form. Please allow our team 2 business days to process this.
Step 3: If you are a wheelchair user you can purchase AWFC tickets online through our online box office. If you are ambulant disabled please call us on 0207 619 5000 (Option 2) so we can best support your needs. Deaf supporters, who use British Sign Language (BSL), can contact the Disability Liaison Team by using SignVideo BSL Interpreter service.

If you hold both a Men's & Women's membership you will need to complete the linking form for both Membership Numbers.
Personal Assistants
If you require a Personal Assistant, they are responsible for your needs and should accompany you for every visit to the stadium.
If the Disability Access (DA) member is unable to attend, the Personal Assistant cannot attend without the disabled supporter. In this instance we recommend making your ticket available on the Ticket Exchange here.
