Red Member Ballot

Ballot Application

To participate in the ballot for Red tickets, Arsenal requires you to authorise a payment card. If your application is successful, your party will automatically be allocated ticket(s) for the match within an available area (priceband) in the stadium and the payment card you provided will be charged. You are able to select your two preferred pricebands during the registration process. You may also select that you wish to be balloted into any remaining areas if you are not successful in either of your preferred pricebands. The availability of tickets in each priceband varies - indication of availability by priceband can be found on the ticket information page for the relevant fixture and match pricing can be found here.

Please note that when you enter the ballot, an authorisation charge will be applied to your card. This temporary charge serves to validate your payment card and will be immediately refunded.

Your payment card will only be charged if you are successful in the ballot - there is no fee to enter the ballot.

Once the ballot process is complete, both unsuccessful and successful applicants will be emailed with the outcome. It is important to note that successful applicants will also be charged ticket booking fees. In cases where the number of ballot registrations for a match does not exceed the number of available tickets, all members who entered the ballot will be successful in obtaining tickets.

Note that if your payment card declines, your ballot application will be unsuccessful.

Please see our balloting guide for step-by-step instructions.

Family Area

You will have the option to register your interest for your group to be entered into the dedicated family area. This area has limited availability and will provide a fun family environment in and around the concourse area relevant to blocks 28, 29 and half of 30. Your group will need to meet the requirements for this family area to have the opportunity to be balloted here. Please note this is not a guarantee depending on availability and group requirements and your group can still be balloted into any of the areas you select in your application.

Disability Access

Disability Access members wishing to apply in the Disability Access ballot, please click here for more information, including when the ballot application opens for each event.

Ticket Exchange

In the event that a Member is unable to attend a match they were successful in the ballot for, and that match has sold out, they will have the option to post their ticket on our Ticket Exchange platform. This way, other fans can purchase the ticket and enjoy the match.

Ticket Exchange will close 3hrs prior to the match.

Ticket Exchange access will initially be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballot. These unsuccessful members will be given the chance to purchase tickets via Ticket Exchange during their set Membership sales period once data checks have been put in place to ensure that genuine members are correctly given access to Ticket Exchange.

The Exchange may open to other members ahead of the game; this will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.

Where to register for tickets?

Arsenal DA members can conveniently register for the ballot via the relevant match ticketing page on the Disabled Supporters Information Page.

Please ensure that you complete the form carefully as incorrect applications may be rejected.
