Arsenal Diary: What’s in store this week

Arsenal fans scarves

There are five games taking place across our men’s, women’s and academy teams this week.

Here’s what to look out for on Arsenal.com and the official app over the next seven days.

MONDAY

6.30pm - Women’s FA Cup fifth round draw

Women FA Cup

The draw will be made for the fifth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup on Monday evening.

Our fourth round tie against Bristol City was postponed on the weekend due to a frozen pitch at Mangata Pay UK Stadium.

So we’ll find out who the winner of that match will face in the fifth round. You can watch the draw live on YouTube and we’ll be ball number four.

TUESDAY

9.30am - Mikel Arteta press conference

Our manager will be back in front of the media at Sobha Realty Training Centre to look ahead to Wednesday’s north London derby.

You can watch it live on the Arsenal.com homepage or on the official app.

WEDNESDAY

8pm - Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur

Timber Spurs

We look to get back to winning ways in the second north London derby of the season, having beaten Spurs 1-0 away from home in September.

Ange Postecoglou’s side were taken to extra-time in Sunday’s 3-0 win away to Tamworth in the third round of the Emirates FA Cup, and are 12th in the Premier League.

For all the best build-up coverage, head to Arsenal.com and the official app, where we will have our matchday show Live From N5.

Post-match interviews, highlights and a full match replay will be published after the game.

The match is being shown live on TNT Sports in the UK.

FRIDAY

Our under-21s are back in action away to Fulham in Premier League 2 this weekend.

We’re tenth in the division with 16 points from 10 games, while Fulham are second with 27 points from 11 matches.

5pm - Arsenal U18s v Queens Park Rangers

FAYC round 4

Adam Birchall’s young Gunners welcome QPR to Mangata Pay UK Stadium in the FA Youth Cup this weekend.

We reached the fourth round following a 4-3 win away to Hertford Town, while QPR beat Swindon Town 3-1.

The fixture will be free to enter for all spectators.

5.30pm - Arsenal v Aston Villa

Saliba Villa

The week comes to an end for our men’s first team with the visit of Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium in the Premier League.

Unai Emery’s side came from 1-0 down to beat Graham Potter’s West Ham United 2-1 at Villa Park in the FA Cup on Friday. They will also face a trip to Everton on Wednesday before travelling to north London on the weekend.

For all the best build-up coverage, head to Arsenal.com and the official app, where we will have our matchday show Live From N5.

Post-match interviews, highlights and a full match replay will be published after the game.

The match is being shown live on Sky Sports in the UK.

SUNDAY

2pm - Arsenal Women v Crystal Palace

Arsenal Women line up before a match

Following the FA Cup fourth round postponement, our women’s team are set to play their first game of 2025 against Crystal Palace at Mangata Pay UK Stadium on Sunday.

Three points could see us overtake Manchester City and close the gap on Chelsea at the top of the WSL, but the Eagles are desperate for points themselves having accrued just five from 10 games this season.

You can watch the action live on the WSL YouTube channel.
