Singapore Tour – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions  
 

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the prize draw for a chance to win four (4) tickets to an Arsenal game of your choice at the National Stadium, Singapore (“Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the relevant Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the prize.  Entry is by completing the online form at: https://www.arsenal.com/news/arsenal-singapore-tour-competition 
 

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD:  The start date for entries is [11 April 2025] at [10:00am] (UK time) (“Start Date”). The closing date for entries is [28 April 2025] at [23:59pm] (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries to any Prize Draw received after the applicable Closing Date will not be entered into the applicable Prize Draw. 

2. TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw, you need to visit https://www.arsenal.com/news/arsenal-singapore-tour-competition and complete the registration form. You will need to enter your full name, date of birth, email address and country of residence by no later than the Closing Date. 

3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open only to those who are aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is allowed.  

4. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”), or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 

5. Entry is by completion of the registration form only. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw. 

6. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available. One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to their choice of one (1) of the following games at the Singapore National Stadium: (a) Arsenal v AC Milan on Wednesday 23 July; or (b) Arsenal v Newcastle United on Sunday 27 July (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. A Prize does not include personal expenditure, transport costs or any other incidental costs other than those explicitly included. 

7. Arsenal reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes similar monetary value at its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including reasons beyond its control.  There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of the Prize) and the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless Arsenal decides otherwise at its sole discretion. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

8. The winner of the Prize Draw must not sell, assign or transfer the Prize to any other person, including for payment or any other form of valuable consideration. 

9. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date. 

10. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, they would have been deemed to have withdrawn their entry to the Prize Draw and, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries. 

11. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: If Arsenal may ask the winner, who must be aged 18 or over in line with entrant eligibility requirements, to consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and to permit Arsenal to use the winner’s names and images and comments relating to the Prize Draw and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid. 

12. Details of the winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and Closing Date of the Prize Draw) at the address set out below. If the winner objects to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by either writing to the contact below or by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide details of the winner to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its obligation to ensure that a valid award of the Prize took place. 

13. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with Arsenal’s privacy notice available at http://www.arsenal.com/privacy-policy. 
     

14. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.  

15. Arsenal reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions, at its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason whatsoever including circumstances outside its reasonable control. 

16. Arsenal reserves the right to deny or claw back the Prize awarded to the winner should this winner subsequently be found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Prize Draw. In such a case, Arsenal reserves the right to decide whether to select a replacement winner. 

17. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

18. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into. 

19. The Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You acknowledge that no social media platform shall have any liability to you in connection with the Prize Draw.  

20. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise): 

1. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or 

2. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused. 

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim. 

22. SPIRIT OF THE PRIZE DRAW: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Prize Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future Prize Draws or competitions.
