Arsenal Women Club Level Tickets T&Cs

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the prize draw for a chance to win two (2) Club Level tickets to an Arsenal Women home match in the Women's Super League (the “Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Promotion and you will not be eligible to win the prize.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The start date for entries is the date that the Promotion goes live on https://www.arsenal.com/meeting-and-events-summer-parties. The closing date for the Promotion is 30 September 2025 at 23:59 (UK time) (the “Closing Date”). The qualifying period for event bookings eligible for this Promotion is from 1 May 2025 to 30 September 2025 (inclusive) (the “Qualifying Period”). Any bookings for events that take place outside of the Qualifying Period will not be entered into the Promotion.  Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion.
     
  2. TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, you need to contact Arsenal’s Meeting & Events Team and book an event at the Emirates Stadium that will take place during the Qualifying Period. The booking will be confirmed for the purposes of the Promotion once you have signed a copy of Arsenal’s Meeting & Events Booking Terms and Conditions for the event (“Confirmed Booking”). 
     
  3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open exclusively to lead booker(s) of a Confirmed Booking who are UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
     
  4. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion. 
     
  5. You must have a Confirmed Booking to enter into the Promotion. Each Confirmed Booking constitutes a separate entry. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Promotion. Lead bookers who wish to opt-out of entry into the Promotion should contact Arsenal by writing to the Contact below.
     
  6. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) Club Level – Tier 1 tickets to an Arsenal Women home match (the “Match”) in the Women's Super League in September 2025 or October 2025 during the 2025/2026 season at Emirates Stadium (the “Prize”). Unless otherwise approved by Arsenal (in its sole discretion) the Prize must be utilised by the winner and a guest and may not be transferred. 
     
  7. The date and time of the Match is subject to fixture scheduling for the Women’s Super League 2025/2026 season and is subject to change due to broadcast coverage or other circumstances. Any under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The selection of the Match shall be determined by Arsenal in its sole discretion, acting reasonably with regard to the winner’s availability.
     
  8. Arsenal reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
     
  9.  Where applicable to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s), Arsenal’s terms and conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms, specifically the Arsenal Women Home Match Ticket Terms and Conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-womens and the Ground Regulations at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-other, shall apply. Other terms and conditions (including third party terms and conditions) may also apply to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s).
     
  10. The winner of the Promotion must not sell, assign or transfer the Prize(s) to any other person, including for payment or any other form of valuable consideration. The Prize(s) must not be used for any promotional or commercial purposes. 
     
  11. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted between the Start Date and the Closing Date.
     
  12. The winner will be contacted using the lead booker contact details provided to complete their booking within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, an alternative winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible event bookers.
     
  13. Unless otherwise notified by Arsenal, the Prize will be delivered to the lead booker at the email address they provided to complete their booking with Arsenal’s Meeting & Events team at least 48 hours before the Match. 
  14. References in these Terms and Conditions to “the winner” are to the lead booker of the Confirmed Booking.
     
  15. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: Arsenal may ask the winner, who must be aged 18 or over in line with entrant eligibility requirements, to consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion and to permit Arsenal to use the winner's name and image and his/her comments relating to the Promotion and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid. 
     
  16. Details of the winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and Closing Date of the Promotion) at the address set out below. If the winner objects to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by writing to the Contact below. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide details of the winner to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its obligation to ensure that a valid award of the Prize took place. 
     
  17. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize.  More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with Arsenal’s privacy policy. 
     
  18. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.  
     
  19. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. 
     
  20. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 
     
  21. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into. 
     
  22. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same). Your statutory rights are not affected.
     
  23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim. 
     
  24. SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions, prize draws and/or competitions.
