Chance to Win a Matchday VIP Box – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize. Entry is via the form only: https://www.arsenal.com/win-a-matchday-vip-box (the “Form”).

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date and time for entries to each Prize Draw is 17 December 2024at the time from which the Prize Draw is live on the Website (the “Start Date”). The closing date and time for entries to each Prize Draw is 9 February 2025 at 23:59 (GMT) (“Closing Date”). Entries to the Prize Draw received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the applicable Prize Draw.

2. TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw, you need to visit https://www.arsenal.com/win- a-matchday-vip-box (the “Website”) to enter your details into the Form. The relevant form that each entrant should complete is subject to whether they are an existing member or a new member (i.e. any entrant that signs up for Arsenal Membership after the Prize Draw Start Date). Entry to the Prize Draw must be before the Closing Date.

3. The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) also reserves the right to determine that it cannot accept an entry or provide a prize due to local laws and regulations.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Entry to the Prize Draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry who are paid Arsenal Members in accordance with Clause 10 below. Only one (1) entry per Arsenal Member is allowed.

5. No purchase is required to enter the Prize Draw, but you will require email and internet access to enter. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.

7. PRIZE: One (1) winner shall win fifteen (15) executive matchday box tickets (the “Prize”) (for one (1) winner and fourteen (14) guests) for the Arsenal v West Ham United match at Emirates Stadium on 22 February 2025, currently scheduled to kick-oe at 15:00 GMT (the “Match”). The Prize (and any part of a Prize) is non-transferable and non- refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing, and no cash alternative will be oeered.

8. The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set out on https://arsenal.com/-win-a-matchday-vip-box and no other elements or expenses are included in the Prize (including, without limitation, transport costs, air travel taxes, baggage fees, accommodation costs, insurance, meals, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, fuel costs, car parking charges, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations). All such costs and expenses not included within the Prize are your responsibility. If you (and any guest or companion) are required to travel for the purposes of taking up the Prize, you are also responsible for obtaining, at your own

expense, any necessary travel insurance and travel documentation (i.e. passport, valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. You (and your guest or companion) must adhere to any applicable visa entry requirements, Covid-19 travel restrictions, legislation, government guidance and all applicable laws. The date and time of the Match is subject to change due to broadcast coverage or other circumstances. Any under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

9. Arsenal reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

10. WhereapplicabletothePrize(s)orpartsofthePrize(s),Arsenal’stermsand conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms and https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/termsAndConditions shall apply.

11. Othertermsandconditions(includingthirdpartytermsandconditions)mayalso apply to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s).

12. Thewinner(s)ofthePrizeDrawmustnotsell,assignortransferthePrize(s)toany other person, including for payment or any other form of valuable consideration.

13. SELECTIONOFWINNER:Thewinner(s)forthePrizeDrawwillbepickedatrandom from all eligible entries received between the applicable Start Date and Closing Date.

14. Thewinner(s)ofthePrizeDrawwillbecontactedusingthecontactdetailsusedto enter the Prize Draw. We shall use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner(s) within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If we attempt to contact a winner (for example to confirm matters in respect of delivery of a Prize) and they do not respond within 12 days, an alternative winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries. Unless otherwise notified by Arsenal, the Prize will be delivered to the winner(s) at least 48 hours before the Match.

15. PUBLICITYANDPERSONALDATA:Winnersaged18orover,agreetotakepartin reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw. Arsenal may request that the winner(s)’s (who must be aged 18 or over in line with entrant eligibility requirements) consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and use the winner's name and image and his/her comments relating to the Prize Draw and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.

17. Detailsofthewinner’snameandcountrywillbeavailableonrequestforone month after the applicable Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Prize Draw) at the address set out in Clause 26 below. If you object to any of this information being published or made available, please write to us via the contact information set out in Clause 26 below. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide the

winner(s)’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its legal obligation to evidence that a valid award of the Prize took place.

18. Arsenalwilluseentrants’personaldetailsforthepurposesofadministeringthe Prize Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy.

19. OTHERIMPORTANTINFORMATION:Entriesmustnotbesubmittedthroughagents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.

20. ArsenalreservestherighttowithdraworamendthePrizeDrawortheseTermsand Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

21. EntriesmustbesubmittedstrictlyinaccordancewiththeseTermsandConditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

22. Arsenal’sdecisionisfinalinallmattersrelatingtothePrizeDraw(includingthe Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Exceptinrespectofdeathorpersonalinjuryresultingfromanynegligenceof Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its oeicers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

i. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or

ii. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

24. GOVERNINGLAWANDJURISDICTION:PleasenotethattheseTermsand Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.

25. SPIRITOFTHEPRIZEDRAW:Ifyouattempttocompromisetheintegrityorproper operation of the Prize Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future Prize Draws.
