Arsenal v Newcastle Tickets Prize Draw

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Arsenal v Newcastle ticket prize draw (the “Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Promotion and you will not be eligible to win the prize. Entry is via the following website https://www.arsenal.com/news/comave-pre-match-pitchside-experience (the “Website”).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The start date for entries is 28 April 2025 when the entry form goes live (“Start Date”). The closing date for entries is 1 May 2025 at 23.59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion.
    
2. TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, you need to visit the Website and complete the online entry form (the “Entry Form”) by filling in the requested details (full name and email address) no later than the Closing Date.
    
3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18+ only. Only one entry per person is allowed.
    
4. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”), ComAve Global S.À.R.L (company number B268594) (“ComAve”), or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
    
5. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Promotion. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Promotion.
    
6. PRIZE: There are two (2) prizes available for two (2) winners (each a “Winner” and, together the “Winners”). Each Winner will win two (2) tickets to the Arsenal v Newcastle football match on 18 May 2025, kicking off at 15.30 (UK time), for the Winner and a guest of their choice and two (2) places on a pre-match pitch side tour for the Winner and their guest (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize does not include any personal expenditure, travel or other incidental costs.
    
7. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control.  There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
    
8. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prize where applicable.
    
9. SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winners will be selected via randomized computer process from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date. 
    
10. The Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry within 48 hours of the Closing Date. If either Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 10 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries. 
     
11. Unless otherwise notified to the Winners, following confirmation from the Winner, the Prize will be delivered to each Winner via email using the email address used in the Entry Form no later than Saturday 17 May 2025.
     
12. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA:  Arsenal may ask the winners, who must be aged 18+ in line with entrant eligibility requirements, to consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion and to permit Arsenal to use the winners’ names and images and comments relating to the Promotion and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid.
     
13. Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and Closing Date of the Promotion) at the address set out below. If winners object to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by either writing to the Contact below or by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide details of the winners to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its obligation to ensure that a valid award of the Prize took place.
     
14. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with Arsenal’s privacy notice available at http://www.arsenal.com/privacy-policy.
     
15. Providing entrants tick the relevant consent box on the Entry Form, Arsenal may also pass on entrants’ details to ComAve Global S.À.R.L (company number B268594). If Arsenal passes on entrants’ details to ComAve with the entrants’ consent, ComAve will be a data controller and may contact entrants about their products and services, in accordance with their privacy policy available at https://comave.com/en/terms-and-conditions?tab=privacy. 
     
16. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void. 
     
17. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. 
     
18. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
     
19. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
20. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
    1. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or
       1. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.
           
21. The Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including Instagram, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter)). You acknowledge that social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter)) shall not have any liability to you in connection with the Promotion. Arsenal reserves the right to disqualify any entrant posting an entry or a comment to Arsenal’s social media (including Instagram, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) that is, in Arsenal’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other entrants, fans of Arsenal or directly aimed at Arsenal, or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.
     
22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that this Agreement is governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
     
23. SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future Promotions.
