Ticket collections will be enforced at specific games to ensure tickets are being used by the correct individuals and third-party collections will not be authorised. 

Physical identification must be presented by those collecting tickets on the day of the fixture. ID must match the name on the booking. Photographs of ID will not be accepted.

Tickets for disabled supporters will be priced at the relevant age category and will include a complimentary personal assistant ticket, subject to eligibility.

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 8th January at 1000hrs. to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 30+ Away points. (All tickets are subject to availability)

Priority booking Period No.2 (PB:2) 
Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 9th January at 1400hrs. to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 15+ Away points. (All tickets are subject to availability)

Priority booking Period No.3 (PB:3) 
Tickets will go on sale on Friday 10th January at 1000hrs. to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 5+ Away points. (All tickets are subject to availability)

Priority booking Period No.4 (PB:4)
Tickets will go on sale on Monday 13th January at 1400hrs. to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with less than 5 Away points. (All tickets are subject to availability)
