With a free weekend and midweek, our players headed off to Dubai on Thursday to embark on some warm-weather training, and you can see what's been going on out in the UAE with a special edition of Inside Training.
For a few days, Mikel Arteta and his coaches swapped chilly sessions at the Sobha Realty Training Centre for sunnier climes on the training pitches in the Gulf state, to help our players return to peak physical condition as they push themselves in the heat and humidity following a gruelling run of fixtures during the winter months.
