Interview

Lotte: "The culture of Arsenal is so connected"

Lotte Wubben-Moy is officially here to stay after signing a long-term extension with the club.

Our number 3 sat down with Tao Geoghegan Hart, her partner and fellow Gooner, to discuss what Arsenal means to her, what the future holds for her and the squad and the decision to stay in north London.

"It puts a smile on my face because I get to step out onto the pitch with some people that I've got so much history with, like Vic, Alessia, Foxy, Daphne, Chloe - a core part of this team," said Lotte.

"The culture of this team, the culture of Arsenal is so tight, it's so family driven, it's so connected, not only with the players, but with the fans also. So much so, that you then add in the idea of having peak years on your doorstep, having such amazing facilities and having the investment of the club. That thought can only lead to success. In that changing room, we all know what that success looks like."

"When I think back to the academy and the academy days of me as a player and as a person, I gave so much to the club, but actually, it gave even more to me. The service that you've given to the club or the love that you've given to the club actually goes way beyond the years that you've signed for them. It's unconditional.

"It puts a smile on my face because while I can define that love now, it's actually the future moments of giving that I think will truly define how I am at this club. That's why it's pretty exciting that I get to continue to give and continue to love."
