Mikel Arteta has paid tribute to the Arsenal fans, saying that the atmosphere generated against Bayern Munich helped to inspire the side to a famous victory on Tuesday night.
The supporters turned Emirates Stadium red and white prior to kick off, holding up banners to spell out 'Together' before Arsenal went on to record a second successive home win.

"The way the crowd has behaved in the last few games has been unbelievable, and has really helped the team.
"They were right behind us in their reactions - it made a difference. The way the club and the fans are engaging now with this togetherness is brilliant.
"As a team we feel very close to the fans, like one unit. It makes it feel like the Emirates crowd is closer and closer to the pitch, and that makes it hard for the opposition too.
"As soon as we have a good action, you can sense some fear in the opposition, because the crowd give such a great reaction. Let's continue like this, it's superb."
