SSO Account for DA Members and Bondholders

To be able to access and manage this membership you will need to create an online account with this email address by following the below process:

Visit https://myaccount.arsenal.com/

Step 1

Click ‘EMAIL ADDRESS’

Step 2

Enter your date of birth

Step 3

Enter all your details and choose a password that meets the requirements - your password must contain at least 10 characters and include the following:

• An uppercase letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number

Step 4

You will receive an email asking you to activate your account.

Step 5

Congratulations, your email has been verified and your account created and activated!

Step 6

You will then need to log in to the Online Box Office here.

• Click on the profile icon:
   Locate the head and shoulders icon and click on it.
• Re-click when the icon turns white:
   When the icon turns white, click on it again. It might prompt you to enter your details again. Please proceed to enter the requested information.
• Account Confirmation:
   You may see a message indicating that an account already exists with the same email address. This confirms that the account you're trying to access is your existing membership. Please confirm this.
• Access Your Membership:
   Once logged in, you should see your membership details under this account.
