Thomas Partey is back in the matchday squad for our trip to Sheffield United on Monday.
The midfielder returns after missing 25 games with a thigh injury. He last featured as a sub in the 1-0 home win over Manchester City back on October 8. He comes in as a sub tonight, though the starting XI remains unchanged from last weekend’s convincing win over Newcastle United.
So David Raya continues in goal between the back four of Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel and Jakub Kiwior.
Jorginho keeps his place in midfield with Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard, while Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka start either side of Kai Havertz.
Partey takes Mohamed Elneny’s place on the bench in the only change top the matchday squad.
The hosts include former Gunner Auston Trusty in defence while ex-Everton midfielder Tom Davies comes in for his first start of the season.
Arsenal: Raya, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior, Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Havertz. Subs: Ramsdale, Cedric, Partey, Vieira, Smith Rowe, Nelson, Trossard, Nketiah, Jesus.
