Dan Casey opened the scoring in the 24th minute before completing his brace from the penalty spot early in the second half.
Lloyd Ofori-Manteaw pulled one back for the hosts in the 69th minute, before Norwich turned the game around with stoppage-time finishes from Rio Mundle and La'Sean Sealey.
