Ten of our women’s players have been called up by their nations for the upcoming UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 qualifiers.
Lionesses trio Alessia Russo, Beth Mead and Leah Williamson have all been named in Sarina Wiegman’s squad.
England will face France at 8pm on Friday, May 31 at St. James’ Park and then France again at 8pm on Tuesday, June 4 at State Geoffroy-Guichard.
The Lionesses are second in Group A3, two points behind France, having beaten Republic of Ireland and drawn with Sweden.
As for Republic of Ireland, they have a double header of qualifiers against Sweden, which Katie McCabe could be involved in.
Ireland’s games take place at 7.30pm on Friday, May 31 at Aviva Stadium and 5.30pm on Tuesday, June 4 at Friends Arena.
Ireland are bottom of Group A3 having lost games against England and France.
Gunners duo Manuela Zinsberger and Laura Wienroither have both been called up by Austria, who take on Iceland at 5pm on Friday, May 31 in the Josko Arena and at 8.30pm on Tuesday, June 4 at Laugardalsvollur.
Austria are second in Group A4, three points behind Germany and level on points with Iceland.
In Group A1, Norway are top of the group on goal difference with every county having three points each. Frida Maanum has been named in the squad for games against Italy at 5pm on Friday, May 31 in Ullevaal Stadion and at 5.15pm on Tuesday, June 4 at Stadio Paolo Mazza.
Victoria Pelova will be hoping she can help Netherlands improve their ranking in Group A1, as they currently sit third ahead of qualifiers against Finland.
The matches will be held at 7.45pm on Friday, May 31 at Sparta Stadion Het Kasteel and at 5pm on Tuesday, June 4 at Tammelan Stadion.
Spain are looking good to qualify after two wins from two against Czechia and Belgium, and Laia Codina could be a part of their next two games against Denmark, which will take place at 6pm on Friday, May 31 at Vejle Stadion and at 8.30pm on Tuesday, June 4 at Estadio Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez. As for Denmark, Kathrine Kuhl is in their squad.
Away from the Euro qualifiers, there are also five Arsenal players set to be involved in international friendlies for their countries.
Emily Fox is in the USA squad for two games against South Korea, at 10pm on Saturday, June 1 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, and at 1am on Wednesday, June 5 at Allianz Field.
For Canada, Cloe Lacasse has been called up for friendlies against Mexico at 7pm on Saturday, June 1 at State Saputo and at 12.30am on Wednesday, June 5 at BMO Field.
Lastly, Steph Catley, Kyra Cooney-Cross and Caitlin Foord are all in the Australia squad for friendlies against China at 11.10am on Friday, May 31 at Adelaide Oval and at 10.40am on Monday, June 3 at Accor Stadium.
