Emily Fox is set to go head-to-head with fellow Gunners Sabrina D’Angelo and Cloe Lacasse in the SheBelieves Cup final.
USA reached the final, which will be played 12am (BST) on Wednesday, April 10, by beating Japan 2-1 in the semi-finals on Saturday, Fox playing 63 minutes of that match.
Canada’s route involved a 1-1 draw against Brazil before winning 4-2 on penalties. Lacasse played 76 minutes while D’Angelo was on the bench for Canada.
There were also four Gunners on the pitch in Friday night’s meeting between England and Sweden.
Alessia Russo gave the Lionesses the lead with a header from a Lauren James cross and went on to play 79 minutes at Wembley.
Lotte Wubben-Moy played the full 90 minutes, Beth Mead came on in the 68th minute and Leah Williamson was an unused substitute for England, while Stina Blackstenius got 86 minutes for Sweden in the opening game of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 qualifying campaign.
Elsewhere in the tournament, Republic of Ireland got off to a frustrating start with a 1-0 defeat away to France, which Katie McCabe played 90 minutes of.
Netherlands tasted defeat as well, Victoria Pelova playing 74 minutes as they lost 2-0 away to Italy in the Euro qualifiers.
The same goes for Manuela Zinsberger and Austria, who lost 3-2 at home to Germany, with Laura Wienroither being an unused substitute.
At under-19s level, it was a great weekend for England and Michelle Agyemang, who scored the only goal of the game in Saturday’s 1-0 win against Portugal.
Vivienne Lia and Maddison Earl both played 90 minutes for the young Lionesses, who have now qualified for the UEFA Women’s U19s European Championship in the summer.
