The opportunity to watch Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium is an experience like no other.
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for tickets for home members, we have devised a ballot system to ensure a better process for them to access tickets at our matches.
WHY DO ARSENAL HAVE A BALLOT FOR HOME TICKETS?
We believe that running a ballot addresses these issues and creates a more efficient and fairer process for members.
They also help prevent bots from bombarding the system during a sale which can cause a lengthy queue and leading to tickets falling into the hands of unauthorised suppliers. The ballot results will be scrutinised by specialist anti-bot technology and any bot accounts will be removed.
How does the ARSENAL ballot work?
For home matches, members will have designated windows to enter the ballot. You can register individually or as a group of up to four members, should all supporters meet the requirements.
There is no rush to enter the ballot because you can enter at any stage during the registration window and your odds of success will remain the same.
WHICH MEMBERS ARE MORE LIKELY TO GET TICKETS IN THE BALLOT?
There are far fewer Silver members than Red members – this means that, subject to the number of ballot registrations, the probability of a Silver member securing a ticket in the Silver ballot is expected to be higher than for Red members.
Silver members also have exclusive access to purchase any tickets made available via Ticket Exchange between the Silver ballot and the Red ballot.
WHERE WILL I BE SAT IN EMIRATES STADIUM?
Silver and Red members can select up to two price bands during the registration process. You can also choose to be balloted into any remaining areas if you are not successful in your preferred price bands.
A choice of price bands will be offered for all Premier League fixtures. Successful applicants of the Silver ballot will be notified before Red ballot applicants.
It may not be possible to offer this for cup fixtures depending on the event requirements. This will be confirmed for each cup fixture.
CAN I SIT WITH MY FRIENDS AT ARSENAL GAMES?
Yes, members can register as a group with other members provided they all qualify for the relevant ballot. For example, a Silver member with a valid Silver membership will be able to register for the Silver ballot together with other Silver members.
Members who register for the ballot as a group will be balloted together and the whole group will either be successful or unsuccessful.
I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN THE BALLOT, CAN I STILL GET A TICKET?
Once the ballot has finished, our Ticket Exchange service opens, allowing season ticket Holders and members who cannot attend to sell their tickets to other members.
Ticket Exchange access will initially be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballot. Ticket Exchange may open for other members ahead of the game but this will be confirmed on a match-by-match basis.
Once the Silver ballot has concluded, any unsuccessful Silver members will have priority access to the Ticket Exchange service. Once the Red ballot has concluded, all unsuccessful members can access the Ticket Exchange service.
CAN I GET A SPARE TICKET FROM FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
Arsenal Season Ticket Holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family once the Silver ballot has been run to coincide with the Ticket Exchange service going live.
Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before the advertised kick-off time. Recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER BALLOTS OVER THE SEASON?
There is no limit. Members could apply for every ballot if they wish to and chances are the same for each, subject to numbers applying for each game. If a member is successful in one ballot, they still have the same chance of success in the next ballot.
Members must enter the ballot to be able to access our Ticket Exchange. Those unsuccessful in the ballot will then be able to purchase any available tickets via this method.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS FOR ARSENAL'S AWAY GAMES?
Tickets for away fixtures are sold via a points system to Arsenal supporters, rather than the use of ballots. Tickets are sold in priority booking periods starting with Season Ticket Holders and Travel Club Members with the highest number of away points. Subsequent sale periods are opened until the full allocation is sold out.
Most fixtures sell out to Platinum, Gold and Travel Club members but any tickets that remain following the initial sales periods are made available to Silver, Red and Junior Gunner members.

IS THERE A SEPARATE DISABILITY BALLOT?
We do have a ballot for disabled tickets, but you must be registered with our Disability Access Scheme and be a current member.
To allocate appropriate seating, you will be asked to complete a simple online form when applying. You can request certain seating, but this is subject to availability, and you may be assigned seats in other available areas if your requested seating is unavailable. Please do not try to enter the ballot via your online account as it will not work.
Once the ballot process is complete, both unsuccessful and successful applicants will be emailed with the outcome.
