A key component of this year's success was the Strong Young Gunners model, which emphasizes four pillars: Lifelong Learner, Efficient Mover, Champion Mentality, and Effective Team Player. By integrating these pillars, participants received a well-rounded football education, preparing them for success both on and off the pitch.
The diverse range of participants added to the camp's vibrancy. With students from 80 different countries, the camp became a rich blend of cultures and football styles. As one participant shared, “It’s a nice experience while you are a teenager; you make new friends, learn about other cultures, develop as a footballer and have a lot of fun.” Another noted, “It’s fun, keeps me improving for the football season and helps me learn about new football skills and tactics, as well as practice my English.” This positive feedback reflects the camp’s impact, with an impressive average student feedback score of 4.5 out of 5 and 80% of participants eager to return in 2025.
The partnership between Exsportise and Arsenal, now in its 36th year, continues to deliver an elite football camp experience. By staying true to Arsenal’s principles and evolving based on feedback, Exsportise ensures its camps remain at the forefront of youth football development.
