Below is ticketing information for our Emirates FA Cup fixture against Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, January 12 at 15:00 pm.
This will be a Category B fixture and all concessions will be 50% the Adult rate in the subsequent area. (pricing and information on match categorisation).
Cup Scheme
For Gold members who have signed up to the 2024/25 Cup Scheme, please note that payment will be charged to the card provided on Monday, December 23. For any supporters whose payment card fails, you will automatically be given an opportunity to purchase your own seat in the exclusive season ticket holder priority window advertised below.
Please note that due to event requirements, those affected Gold members who will be relocated for this game and who have signed up to the Cup Scheme in Blocks 28-32, will not be charged and will have the opportunity to purchase a seat in the self-serve window as advertised below on Tuesday, December 31. All such members will be communicated to by email.
Season Ticket Holder Priority Window
Tickets will be available for all Gold members who have signed up to the 2024/25 Cup Scheme (excluding those members in Blocks 28-32, due to event requirements) and for those members whose payment card fails.

Gold members can purchase their own seat by logging into their online membership account here.
Once supporters have logged in to their accounts, they must click on the head and shoulder icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select the Account Menu tab. Members should then choose Ticketing & Membership, and Reserved Seats in the drop-down menu. Supporters can then select their seat and any other seats that they manage within their Network, which can be added to the basket for checkout and payment. Once payment has been confirmed, the seat will be processed, and the supporter's digital pass will be activated for the fixture as their entry method into the Emirates Stadium. Please note that digital passes will update approximately 7 days prior to the fixture.

Season Ticket Exclusive Priority Access Window
Tickets will be available to a small group of Season Ticket Holders communicated to directly via email on Friday 3 January.
These members only can purchase an available seat/s by logging into their Online Box Office account, selecting the event 'Arsenal v Manchester United' and using the Interactive Seat Map.

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system, exclusively for Arsenal members.
Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window and your odds of success will remain the same.
Please note due to event requirements, the designated family area will not be in operation, but all kiosks around the Stadium will provide the same food and beverage offerings. Therefore, this area will not be a selectable option for this ballot.

TICKET EXCHANGE & TICKET TRANSFER
Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballots. This service may also open to other members, and these details will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.
Once the Silver ballot has concluded, any unsuccessful Silver members will have priority access to the Ticket Exchange service. Once the Red ballot has concluded, all unsuccessful members will have access.
Arsenal season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family once the Silver ballot has been run to coincide with the Ticket Exchange service going live, unless stated otherwise.
Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kick-off, unless stated otherwise, and recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline.

Digital Tickets
Any tickets purchased by members for the 2024/25 season will be loaded onto their digital membership pass via the official Arsenal app.
Once the digital pass has been added to an Apple or Android wallet, any purchased tickets will automatically show on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture - more information.
Any new members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will be sent their tickets via an email attachment, in case their digital pass is not available in the app.
Any tickets accepted via the Ticket Transfer service will be sent via email.

Under-14s
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium.
Any bookings which do not meet our safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
