Porto are third in Liga Portugal, three points behind Benfica and nine shy of Sporting.

Freya Godfrey came on and provided an assist in London City Lionesses’ 1-0 win at home to Blackburn Rovers, which Teyah Goldie played 90 minutes of. The win put London City second, three points behind Birmingham and with a game in hand.
As for the Blues, they beat Southampton 2-1 on Sunday, with Vivienne Lia and Laila Harbert both getting 90 minutes for Saints to remain eighth in the Championship.
In the Barclays Women’s Super League, Michelle Agyemang came on in the 75th minute of Brighton & Hove Albion’s 1-0 win away to Tottenham Hotspur to rise to fifth on Sunday.
