Arsenal Football Club can confirm that young Swiss defender Martin Angha has signed a pre-contract agreement with Bundesliga side FC Nuremberg.
The 19-year-old centre back, who can play anywhere across the back four, will join up with the German side on a permanent deal this summer to further his career after spending three years with the Gunners.
A regular feature in the NextGen Series and under-21 sides this term, for whom he remains eligible until the end of the season, Martin made his first-team debut in the 6-1 Capital One Cup victory over Coventry City in September, putting in an assured display at right back.
He also got a taste of Champions League action earlier this season when coming on as a substitute in the 2-1 defeat at Olympiacos.
Martin has also featured regularly at international level, having represented Switzerland at under-16, under-17 and under-19 level.
