Nacho Monreal says there would be “no better moment” for Arsenal to end Chelsea’s unbeaten home record under Jose Mourinho.
The Blues have not lost in the Premier League under the Portuguese in either of his two spells at the west London club.
Monreal accepts that the Gunners face a major challenge to become the first side to do it, but is confident they have the quality to do so.
"Of course there is an added pressure now. There are not many games left and we can’t really afford to make any mistakes"

“It has been a few years that [Mourinho] has not lost playing at home with Chelsea, and there is no better moment to break that record than this weekend,” the left back told Arsenal.com. “We are aware that it will not be easy, but we’ll go there to get the three points.
“We’re on a good run, but we have a very tough schedule coming up. We’ve just played against Tottenham, now we have Chelsea, Manchester City, Everton away, and also a game in hand.
“But we feel confident, we’re doing things well and we want to get as many points as possible because we still have options to win the title.
“Of course there is an added pressure now. There are not many games left and we can’t really afford to make any mistakes. If you lose three points that you thought you could win, they are difficult to recover.
“Also the teams coming from behind are pushing a lot. Now you play against teams away or at home that, at the beginning of the season, were not too concerned about losing because there were many games left. However, now they are fighting for survival and it is difficult to win against them.”
