One of the biggest talking points at Unai Emery’s press conference was whether Mesut Ozil could return against Cardiff City.
The playmaker missed last weekend’s win over West Ham United through illness but Emery says our No 10 has been training well ahead of Sunday’s clash in the Welsh capital.
“He’s training normally with the group, in every session this week,” our head coach said. “We started on Tuesday and every day he has been training with the group.
“He’s OK. Also I’m looking at him well every day.”
