Burnley v Arsenal Family Screening

All the information you need to enjoy your day!

We look forward to welcoming you to Emirates Stadium on Saturday 18th September for a very special family screening of the Burnley v Arsenal game with our Official Tourism Partner Visit Rwanda.

The event will primarily take place in the Royal Oak Suite on Club level. Doors open at 1pm, KO at 3pm. The event includes;

  • Guest appearances from selected Arsenal Women's players, who will be giving us their match analysis.
  • Fun football games and activities for JGs in our Woolwich Suite.
  • Every minute of the match action 

COVID-19

Arsenal Football Club are looking forward to welcoming events back to the Emirates Stadium. The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and staff is our priority. To support this, as an organiser or attendee of an event, you must follow the below instructions and any others provided to you by the Club or a member of staff.

Upon arrival

Doors open at the North Bank entrance to Emirates Stadium at 1pm, the game kicking off at 3pm. Your e-ticket is valid for four people; the JG competition winner, 1 accompanying adult and 2 additional guests. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Make sure you have access to your invite on the day.

Travel information

Emirates Stadium is situated in a mainly residential area. Only car owners with a resident’s permit or an official Emirates Stadium car parking permit are allowed to park in the area. We recommend all event attendees to travel by public transport. Arsenal underground station (Piccadilly Line) is approximately a three-minute walk from the stadium. Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and National Rail) and Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line and National Rail) stations are approximately a ten-minute walk. 

Catering

All event attendees can bring food and non-alcoholic beverages with them to the event. Please note that cans are not permitted within the Emirates Stadium. Complimentary teas, coffees and squash will be made available to attendees.

Staff

All staff are DBS checked. Arsenal Football Club is committed to the safety and welfare of all children attending our events and has a Child Protection Policy and comprehensive training in place. There will also be a Safeguarding Officer at the event should you wish to speak to them.

Medical support If your child has any medical history that you wish to share, please notify us at AFCEvents@arsenal.co.uk as soon as possible.

Liability Notice

By allowing your child to take part in Burnley v Arsenal Family Screening, you confirm that the child/children for whom you are responsible is/are physically fit enough to take part in the relevant activities. Although we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the children participating in The Burnley v Arsenal Family Screening event do not suffer any injury, the physical nature of some of the activities means that there is still a risk of harm or injury to participants. By allowing your child to take part, you assume all risk of harm or injury which the child/children for whom you are responsible may sustain due to their participation. You release us and all of our employees and workers from all liability, responsibility, costs and damages which might arise from such children’s participation in the event. Such release shall not apply in the event of personal injury or death arising as a result of the negligence of us or any of our employees and workers.

Images Notice

The Club may wish to take photos or videos of the event and your child may be identifiable in such photos or videos. By consenting to your child’s participation in the event, you agree that photos or videos may be taken of your child and may be used by the Club and its associated companies, for marketing and/or promotional purposes, or provided to third party media outlets (such as newspapers and television channels), and you consent to such use through all media channels. If you do not want you/your child to be filmed or photographed, please let a member of staff know.
