Please find below the important ticket information that we are sharing on behalf of Colchester United detailing how Arsenal supporters can purchase tickets to attend this youth cup fixture.
To cater for the pandemic we introduced a ticketing system that is specifically designed to deal with any restrictions that might be enforced from time to time. This system keeps all attendees informed of any match-day requirements or restrictions that might deny them access to a game. Away fans will need to purchase via our online site so that we can take full advantage of the system we have developed and provide your fans with the best match day experience we can during what might be a challenging season.
There is no segregation between fans so all permits (tickets) for this game are now available at the following link here.
Permits can be purchased online right up until kick off and our turnstiles have scanners that will read a permit from a print out or from the screen of a smart phone. Therefore our system will cater for last minute sales but we advise that all purchases are made well in advance to avoid any last minute issues.
To clarify, there will be no phone or in person sales.
The only exception is for ambulant disabled/wheelchair and carer (those that have DLA/PIP) whose permits MUST be purchased over the phone. The ticket office number for these purchases is 01206 755161 (Monday to Friday 10-2, unless otherwise stated on our site).
Prices are as follows;
Fans can choose which section they wish to sit in but our system will allocate their specific seat.
To allow groups of fans to sit together whilst operating social distancing (when appropriate) fans can create their own groups (‘bubbles’). This will allocate tickets together with anyone else that purchased tickets in the same sections using the same group name (if booking at a separate time).
When the purchase has been made a confirmation email will be sent advising what happens next.
Information regarding the permit will also be available via a dashboard when logging in to the colutickets.com account, which is required to be created to buy the permit.
Do also note we are a cashless stadium.
