The morning after landing in the USA, the team were straight out to work in the Maryland sunshine – and our man Frimmy was pitchside to watch all the action from our first American training session.
After being dazzled by Martin Odegaard’s fancy footwork, he sat down with Eddie Nketiah and Bukayo Saka to hear about their experiences of travelling with the team, and there was time for some fun too in the form of a five-second challenge!

Elsewhere it was a busy first day in Baltimore, and after the morning training session the whole squad were involved in various events across the city. Rob Holding, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Arthur Okonkwo and Ainsley Maitland-Niles visited the home of NFL side Baltimore Ravens – and venue of our game against Everton on Saturday – the impressive M&T Bank Stadium.
Across town Aaron Ramsdale, Ben White and Sambi Lokonga – together with adidas - took part in a store takeover at Angelo’s Soccer Corner, posing for selfies, signing autographs and giving away tickets to local fans.
Meanwhile, back at the team hotel Emile Smith Rowe, Martin Odegaard and William Saliba spent some time with the local Arsenal Supporters Club, the Charm City Gooners.
William also sat down with Arsenal Media to look ahead to the new season, look out for that interview soon on Arsenal.com.
Tickets for our game against Everton are still available, or you can stream the action live on Arsenal.com and official site - more info.
