Vivianne Miedema has been nominated for the Barclays Women’s Super League Goal of the Month award for January for her goal against Liverpool.
Retrieving the ball from Emily Fox, Miedema was afforded the time and space to set herself and strike the ball over the top of Rachael Laws for 1-0.
The other nominees for the award are Janice Cayman v Everton, Grace Clinton v West Ham United, Taylor Hinds v Manchester City, Lauren James v Brighton & Hove Albion and Lauren James v Manchester United.
