Below is ticketing information for our Champions League Quarter Final away fixture against Real Madrid at the Bernabéu Stadium on Wednesday, April 16 at 20:00pm. (21:00 pm local time).
We have received an allocation of 3,875 tickets for this fixture.
All tickets for this game will be physical and will be posted out to the lead client member. Please ensure that your postal address details are up to date. The full name of each person attending this match will also be written on every ticket.
Details for all travelling supporters will be required for each seat when making a booking. Supporters will be asked to enter the name, DOB, Nationality and passport number for all seats within the booking.
An email will be sent to the lead booking client approximately one hour after purchase, asking for details of all the travelling supporters in the group. All information must be entered correctly and once submitted, you will not be able to edit these details. Any bookings that do not have the travelling supporter details submitted within 48 hours, will not be fulfilled and will be cancelled.
Tickets must be used by the member assigned to the booking and must not be handed over to another individual. All tickets will be checked at the Bernabéu Stadium against the personal identity of the holder by Real Madrid CF. Supporters must supply their physical passports for such checks, and copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted in any form. Any tickets found to not be in possession of the named holders will be refused entry and the membership/s assigned to the seats may be suspended as a result.
Ticket collections will continue to be enforced as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that genuine Arsenal supporters are using these tickets. Any supporter who purchases a ticket for this match will be sent an email in advance of the date of the game with all the relevant ticket collection details.
Supporters collecting tickets on the day of the match, will be required to provide a physical valid passport or driving licence only to collect. Third party ticket collections are also not permitted.
We ask that you only purchase a ticket if you are planning to attend the match. Our goal is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this game, and that our away support remains vibrant and passionate.
If you fail to successfully scan the relevant away match ticket at the turnstile of the hosting club’s ground, resulting in the ticket not being used, we will remove any away loyalty points that have been credited to your membership account for the relevant game. The club also reserves the right to implement further away point removals for repeated occurrences as set out under section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions Season 2024-2025.
