Below is ticketing information for our UEFA Champions League round of 16 fixture against PSV Eindhoven at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, March 12 at 20:00 pm.

This will be a Category A fixture (pricing and information on match categorisation).

This fixture is included as part of the Arsenal Platinum Season Ticket.

Please note that this match is not included within the cost of the Arsenal Gold Season Ticket.

The Ticket Exchange is open to all members via the Friends and Family service from Monday, March 10 at 11:45am. All tickets purchased after this date and time will be sent via our Print at Home facility. The embargo for this fixture has also been lifted so all members can purchase regardless of join date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure that home section tickets are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters, this match has a ballot and purchase embargo in place. This means that fans who purchase an Arsenal membership after Tuesday, January 28, 2025, will not be permitted to purchase tickets for this game. Anyone who enters a ballot for this match with a membership that is purchased after the embargo date, whether as an individual or as a group will have their whole ballot application invalidated.

We have made this decision following consultation with the relevant authorities and to ensure we are in line with crowd segregation requirements. Please note any visiting supporters that purchase a ticket in the home end for this fixture will look to be ejected from the stadium.

CUP SCHEME 

For Gold members who have signed up to the 2024/25 Cup Scheme, please note that payment will be charged to the card provided on Tuesday, February 25. For any supporters whose payment card fails, you will automatically be given an opportunity to purchase your own seat in the exclusive season ticket holder priority window advertised below.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER PRIORITY WINDOW 

Tickets will be available for all Gold members and for those members who have signed up to the 2024/25 Cup Scheme whose payment card fails.

Gold members can purchase their own seat by logging into their online membership account here.  

Once supporters have logged in to their accounts, they must click on the head and shoulder icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select the Account Menu tab. Members should then choose Ticketing & Membership, and Reserved Seats in the drop-down menu. Supporters can then select their seat and any other seats that they manage within their Network, which can be added to the basket for checkout and payment. Once payment has been confirmed, the seat will be processed, and the supporter's digital pass will be activated for the fixture as their entry method into the Emirates Stadium. Please note that digital passes will update approximately 7 days prior to the fixture.

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system, exclusively for Arsenal members (embargo rules apply).

Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window, and your odds of success will remain the same.

For the Silver and Red ballots, you can register your interest for your group to be balloted into our family-oriented area, located in blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30. This is dependent on availability and requirements, and your group can be balloted into any of the other areas selected in your application.

If you are eligible, you can select up to two preferred price bands during the registration process. You can also choose to be balloted into any remaining areas if you are not successful in either of your preferred price bands.

Please note if your payment card is declined, your application will be unsuccessful.

Ticket Exchange & Ticket Transfer

Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballots. This service may also open to other members, and these details will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page with the embargo date of Tuesday, January 28, 2025 still applying.

Once the Silver ballot has concluded, any unsuccessful Silver members will have priority access to the Ticket Exchange service. Once the Red ballot has concluded, all unsuccessful members will have access.

Arsenal season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family once the Silver ballot has been run to coincide with the Ticket Exchange service going live, unless stated otherwise.

Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kick-off, unless stated otherwise, and recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline. 

Embargo

Digital Tickets

Any tickets purchased by members for the 2024/25 season will be loaded onto their digital membership pass via the official Arsenal app.

Once the digital pass has been added to an Apple or Android wallet, any purchased tickets will automatically show on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture - more information.

Any new members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will be sent their tickets via an email attachment, in case their digital pass is not available in the app.

Any tickets accepted via the Ticket Transfer service will be sent via email.

Under-14s

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium. 

Any bookings which do not meet our safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
