What you need to know...

Your digital pass enables you to scan into Emirates Stadium using your phone.

It’s secure, fast and easy to use.

All games included in your Season Ticket, or any games you have purchased if you are an Arsenal Member, will automatically be loaded on to your digital pass which is now available to download via the latest version of the Arsenal app.

These digital passes use NFC technology which is the same technology used to enable Apple and Google Pay so you've already used this technology if you've used your phone to pay in a shop or when travelling on the tube.

Transferring your ticket to someone else

Season Ticket Holders must now use the Ticket Hub to transfer their seat to a friend or family member. Log in to your account, go to your profile and click the 'Ticket Hub' tile. From there, choose the ticket, select someone from your Network or invite a new contact, and transfer the ticket. The recipient will get an email and must log in to the Ticket Hub to accept it.

If you need support with your digital pass, we recommend arriving early to ensure there is no delay to your entry to the stadium this season.
