Arsene Wenger has made five changes to the side that beat Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Monday.
David Ospina and Calum Chambers replace Wojciech Szczesny and Hector Bellerin while Aaron Ramsey returns from injury to partner Francis Coquelin in midfield, as Santi Cazorla is rested.
Elsewhere, Theo Walcott starts in place of the injured Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Olivier Giroud is reinstated up front.
